1. Detachable heater

2. Precision size of the center hole

The important requirement is the center hole should be very small and high precision of 300-600um, Depending on different requirements, the size of the center hole will be measured by a quadratic instrument before shipment.

 

3. With heating resistance and sensor resistance
Electrical performance test before shipment, including on-voltage test, heating resistance test, sensor resistance test, generally resistance tolerance does not exceed +/-10%.
