Silicon Nitride Grinding Media Balls

 Innovacera Silicon Nitride Grinding Media Balls were made by 3 forming ways: titration, roll, and CIP (cold isostatic pressing ) forming and they were gas pressing sinetering in 1800~2100℃. The purity of silicon nitride is 99% and generally, if the diameter size is more than 3mm, we will choose the CIP forming way.



Silicon nitride grinding balls possess excellent features, including chemical inertness, low friction and heat generation, electrical insulation, non-magnetism, high strength, and corrosion resistance.

Compared with other grinding media, the silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) milling media balls improve energy efficiency, reduce mechanical wear and ultra-fine grinding and dispersion. It is an ideal grinding media when high wear resistance, minimal contamination and less abrasion is required, such as semiconductor slurries, pharmaceutical dispersions, and battery material milling. Our silicon nitride media balls main size is 0.2 mm – 20 mm.
