Propertiesl Ultra-high vacuum compatibility (10-8 to 10-9 mbar.l/s)

l Good dielectric strength (13KV/mm in AC and 42KV/mm in DC)

Four ceramic rings are using in one image intensifier tubes.
Each metalized ceramic ring serves not only as a part of the electrode conductive path, but also as a mechanical positioning and vacuum holding function. The rings are often precisely bonded through brazing or metal support structures to form a cylindrical main structure.

Functional:
Realize electrode cascade and electric field distribution:
Supporting components such as photocathodes,MCPs, and phosphorescent screens;
Maintain vacuum packaging and mechanical stability.

Applications:
-Heead-mouted night vision
-Spetrometers
-Medical imaging device
-Surveillance cameras

Innovacera are specialized in metallized ceramics for more than 13years.
Our advantages:
-Exsiting samples for testing
-Rich experience in metallized ceramics
-Customised soluttions.
